Who handles your request

Northern Indiana Exteriors collects exterior project requests, contractor applications, and help messages. The site owner reviews submissions through a private inbox. Use our Help & Contact form for questions about your information.

What we collect

• Homeowner requests: name, optional email, phone, project ZIP code, project type, timing, tree removal urgency and reported hazards when applicable, and any details you provide.
• Contractor applications: business and contact details, service areas, credentials, insurance information, and references you have permission to share.
• Help requests: name, email, subject, and your message.
• We also store submission dates, review statuses, and the owner’s private follow-up notes. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

How information is used

Information is used to review your request, arrange contractor follow-up with your permission, assess contractor applications, respond to questions, and keep track of follow-up. Submitting a form does not guarantee a quote, contractor match, approval, or response within a particular time.

Access and sharing

Submissions are not published on the website. The management inbox is restricted to the site owner; service providers supporting hosting and storage process information to operate the service. When you agree to contractor follow-up on the request form, Northern Indiana Exteriors may share your project and contact details with a contractor so they can contact you about the work and an estimate. This may include a contractor business operated by the site owner. Requests are reviewed in the private inbox; the website does not automatically distribute them to contractor lists. We obtain permission before sharing a request.

Storage and your choices

Submissions remain stored for the owner to review and manage; this version does not automatically delete records on a schedule. You can use the help form to request access, correction, deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify the request before acting. Archiving a request in the inbox does not delete it.

Cookies and site services

We use Google Ads conversion tracking on the homeowner request page to measure which ads lead to submitted requests. Google may use cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page address, and ad-click identifiers. A successful submission sends a conversion event and a request reference; we do not include your name, email, phone number, project details, or tree hazard answers in that event. Ad personalization signals are disabled. We also store campaign and ad-click information with your request to understand how you found us. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for essential operation and security. You can manage cookies in your browser. Form activity

We record which estimate page is visited and whether its form is started, reaches contact details, encounters an error, or is submitted. A random identifier in session storage groups activity for up to 30 minutes on that page. These records contain no form answers, names, phone numbers, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or full page URLs. Records older than 30 days are removed when new activity is processed. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this activity tracking. Aggregate counts are visible only in the owner’s inbox.

Owner lead alerts

If the owner enables notifications, we store that device’s push subscription address and encryption keys to send encrypted new-request alerts through the browser’s push provider. Alerts do not contain homeowner names, contact details, or project details. Opening the inbox requires owner sign-in. The owner can turn off notifications on each device to remove its subscription.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive identity documents. This service is intended for adults requesting home services or applying on behalf of a business.

Future changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. Changes to how requests are shared or used will require updated disclosures and any additional permission needed.
