How information is used

Information is used to review your request, assess contractor applications, respond to questions, and keep track of follow-up. Submitting a form does not guarantee a quote, contractor match, approval, or response within a particular time.

Access and sharing

Submissions are not published on the website. The management inbox is restricted to the site owner; service providers supporting hosting and storage process information to operate the service. The current website does not sell leads or automatically distribute homeowner contact information to contractors. If contractor sharing is proposed, we will explain it and ask your permission first.

Storage and your choices

Submissions remain stored for the owner to review and manage; this version does not automatically delete records on a schedule. You can use the help form to request access, correction, deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify the request before acting. Archiving a request in the inbox does not delete it.

Cookies and site services

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics to this website. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for essential operation and security. Links to other services are subject to their own privacy practices.

What to leave out
